Our philosophy is to combine Japanese precise cooking methods with the freshest, locally-sourced produce. Each one of our souffle pancakes follows strict preparation methods with minimal ingredients to bring you a perfect balance of both simplicity and refinement.

Do you accept bookings?
Unfortunately, we are not accepting any bookings
What days will you be opened?
Kumo Kumo Brisbane will be opened Wednesdays – Sundays. Please check below for opening hours
Do you do takeaways?
Takeaways are not available, we highly recommend consuming our pancakes fresh
and hot within 15 minutes of receiving it otherwise the pancakes will deflate and dry out
Are your products halal?
Aside from our Creme Brulee which contains vanilla bean extract, our pancakes and toppings are halal friendly
Do you have gluten free options?
Due to the need for gluten to be present in our Souffle Pancakes to have structure, we are unable to offer any gluten free options.
